I was in a group regression one time where we went back to Atlantis. We saw white, marble buildings. We saw how the people were dressed. We watched them building some kind of ship and learned that they were powered by the 'things that whir.' They used quartz crystal devices to get large stone wheels rotating then that's what powered the ships. The energy to power the crystals came from the ground.
